It was a beautiful July day and finally time for Monique and Giuseppe’s wedding at Waterstone. We had been waiting for this wedding day to arrive as we had so much fun with this couple on their engagement session and knew that their wedding day would be beautiful and fun! We started the day meeting Monique and her bridesmaids at Waterstone for their getting ready. Giuseppe and the groomsmen arrived shortly thereafter, and you could feel the excitement building as everyone was readying for the coming ceremony!

We had such a blast with Carla & David on their engagement session that we could not wait for their Wedding day to arrive! This couple had picked the Waterstone Conservatory in Acworth for this intimate wedding of family and friends, as Carla and David will be traveling to Carla’s home in Peru for a second celebration. With Carla’s Spanish heritage and Davids’ Scottish heritage, we knew this would be an interesting mix and a lot of fun! Carla’s Mom and Dad had flown in from Peru to attend this special day!

When we meet with our brides and grooms for the first time, we pretty much know if we are a good fit for them, and we hit it off with Marcia right from the beginning! We got a call from Marcia not long before their wedding day as photography was the one piece of the puzzle not yet solved. The girls with Stylist Kori Smith had recommended they give us a call and when Marcia called, we knew we wanted to hear more about this wedding. We found out that Marcia was an artist herself, painting pictures for many years, and she really appreciated the artistry of our images. After hearing about this small, intimate wedding, we couldnt wait for wedding day!

Do you ever get the feeling that there is something that you just need to do? We got the call from Kori Smith that Terrie Needham at Anna Bellagio was wanting to put together a new catalog, online presence, and look book for her line of Anna Bellagio bridal and prom jewelry. After considering a handful of photographers, Kori suggested us to Terrie to make this happen for her company. Not knowing exactly what we would be getting into, we still jumped at the chance to expand on what we do week in and week out! We had recently photographed the Anna Bellagio jewelry on the brides in the runway show at the Cobb Bridal Alliance spring Bridal Show, so Terrie was familiar with our work, and had liked the pictures from the bridal show as well as our wedding and portrait work.
